Innoduel for Higher Education
Innoduel for higher education provides a means for the qualitative development of courses. Traditional ways to conduct a course evaluation or collect student feedback seldom have any short, mid, or long-time impacts on pedagogical development. While the students don't benefit from a retrospective evaluation, neither do the teachers. Course evaluation becomes the mandatory evil.
Innoduel has developed a process based on respectful communication and student participation. We will train the teachers to facilitate the collection of course feedback. The process consists of three evaluation cycles that promote the sense of belonging, inclusion, and student agency.
